Since 1986 Solarium Optimum has implemented state of the art technology into the individual components that make up their sunrooms. There are a some unique features specific to Solarium Optimum sunroom: the single-hung window with a retractable screen, a tempered glass roof with an overhang, a modular system, pleated ceiling blinds that block out the summer heat and a patio screen door for more ventilation – Just to name a few!
CONSULTATION

We offer free in-home consultations to determine where you would like to install your sunroom, which model and size are best for your situation, and check your existing deck for strength and suitability to take one of our sunrooms. Even if you don’t have a deck – we will build one for you! While there in person, we will also answer any questions you have about our products.​
DESIGN
​
After the in-home consultation, we will send you a quote that includes a fully detailed description of the sunroom package and 3D drawings of your proposed sunroom. Once you approve the design we will move forward with your sunroom order.​

INSTALLATION
Halifax Seasonal Sunrooms Ltd. does installations all over mainland Nova Scotia. Your solarium will be in the hands of professional, knowledgeable and polite installation teams, including a journeyman carpenter with many years of experience installing sunrooms. If your existing deck needs some work to accommodate the new sunroom, or if you do not have a deck and need one built, we can do that too.​
